BEHIND THE BAND
Sum of Talented Parts
Please welcome to the stage our talented and beautiful frontwoman. She’s been performing with community theaters across Baltimore as a choreographer, singer, actress, and dancer since she was 9. Her musical influences include Stevie Nicks, The Beatles, Shania Twain, Paramore, Queen, Carrie Underwood, The Cranberries, Alanis Morissette, Blondie, Florence And the Machine, Miranda Lambert, and David Bowie. Jillian credits her eclectic musical taste to her parents, who instilled the love of music in her she has today.
Lead Guitar/ Vocals
Kevin is known for his towering stage presence, blistering leads, and powerful vocals. He is a classically trained Cello player who has performed on stages in Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, and Delaware.
Rhythm Guitar/ Backing Vocals
Ryan went to school for Music Engineering at York College. He brings a finely tuned ear to the band to elevate the sonic quality of the group. He has performed in a few original projects such as Follow The Philosophy whom actively toured around York, PA.
Bass/ Backing Vocals
Tom has had a long 40+ year career as a bassist. Performing in both cover bands and original projects, most notably Krunch, he has toured all over the East Coast.
Rich Boshart started out like a lot of drummers, banging on pots and pans. Fortunately, his parents noted his talents and sent him off for drum lessons. A stint in a drum a bugle corps followed. After playing in bar bands in his 20’s, Rich then took a 16 year break from drums, and then returned in 2003 with a vegenance. Since then, he’s played in several area bands including Ten Cent Penny, Full Steam, a few Irish bands (the Shamrogues and Rovers), several others, and even a Blues Brothers tribute act! Rich is thrilled to be holding down the drum seat with Whiskey Days as they prepare to unleash their brand of rock and modern country on the local area, following the path that Sonic Daze blazed. Rich has a bit of a drum addiction and you may never see him playing the same snare drum twice!
